The trip was absolutely amazing. In some ways life-changing. We had never been to South America before. The culture was incredible, and the trip that Roberto had arranged was right up our alley. His local team was also great. We had a cook, a guide and two porters.

 

I'm assuming that you understand that Peru, like most South American countries, is a developing county. The creature comforts of home were not there, however, the camping, running, exploring and logistics were totally planned out and we felt as if we were treated like royalty.

 

Although we felt special, we also were able to be immersed in the culture and became close to those on our trip.
