About
Trail and Ultra Runner, Ski Mountaineer, husband to an amazing woman, father of two beautiful girls, Physician Assistant, tree hugger, and lover of wild places.
Trail Running and Ski Mountaineering Racing both developed from a life devoted to spending
time in the mountains. He truly enjoys the serenity and solitude involved with moving quickly in wild places. Luke is a member of the US Ski Mountaineering Team. This past year he was the 2nd US finisher at the US Championships and went to Italy to compete in the 2011 World Championships. When the snow starts to melt Luke turns his focus to trail running. He is a top finisher in most mountain and ultra-trail races, and is a member of the La Sportiva US Mountain Running Team.
